Terms of use
Please read these before relying on anything published here, and especially before acting on a verdict.

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer
This page was drafted from how the platform actually works. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and is not legal advice. BRD 14.3 makes that review a launch dependency. Set NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_REVIEWED=true once it is done, and fill in the operator details.
1What this site publishes
Adversarial Review publishes structured arguments about products and choices. For each subject, one AI agent argues in favour, another argues against, and a third scores both and issues a verdict. Every claim is restricted to a curated evidence base and links to the dated source it rests on.
Verdicts are opinion, reached by applying a published method to facts we disclose on the same page. They are honestly held and open to challenge. They are not statements that a product is defective, that a company has behaved improperly, or that any fact beyond the cited evidence is true.
The arguments are generated by large language models and reviewed by a human before publication. Both facts are stated on every page and on the methodology page, which reproduces the agents’ instructions in full.
2This is not advice
Nothing here is professional, financial, legal, medical or safety advice, and nothing is a recommendation to enter into any transaction. A verdict is one input into a decision that is yours.
Prices, specifications, availability and product behaviour change. Every observation carries the date it was made; check it before relying on it.
3Accuracy, and what to do about errors
We take accuracy seriously and constrain every published claim to sourced evidence, but we do not warrant that the site is accurate, complete or current. Evidence can be wrong, sources can be wrong, and an argument can be well-sourced and still mistaken.
If you find an error, tell us. Any claim on any page can be disputed from the page itself, and our corrections and takedown policy sets out what we do and how quickly. Confirmed factual errors are corrected within 48 hours with a visible note; we do not edit published verdicts silently.
4Brands, trademarks and right of reply
Product and company names are used descriptively, to identify the subject under discussion. All trademarks belong to their owners. No affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from any manufacturer or seller is claimed or implied.
If you represent a brand and believe a page is wrong or unfair, you can submit evidence like anyone else — it is accepted and published, clearly labelled as brand-sourced — or write to us using the corrections process. Accepted evidence re-runs the debate and can change the verdict. We would rather correct a page than defend a bad one.
5Contributing evidence
Anyone may submit evidence. By submitting, you confirm that:
- what you describe is true to the best of your knowledge;
- you observed it yourself or can point to the source, and the date you give is accurate;
- you own or are licensed to share any photograph, receipt or document you upload, and it does not contain another person’s personal information;
- you are not being paid or otherwise induced by any brand or seller to submit it, unless you have told us so and it is labelled accordingly.
You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to publish it, quote it, summarise it, and supply it to the AI models that argue the debate, for as long as the site exists. This licence has to be irrevocable because verdicts are reached using the evidence on file; withdrawing an item afterwards would make the published reasoning unexplainable. We will always credit you by the display name you choose, and we will remove your name and contact details on request.
We moderate every submission and may accept, reject, request more information, or later deprecate an item, at our discretion.
6Voting and disputing
Voting on an argument and disputing a claim need no account. Both are rate limited per device. Do not attempt to manipulate them by automation, by using multiple devices or networks, or by organising others to do so; we may discard votes we believe are inauthentic.
7What you may do with our content
Quote us, link to us, and cite us — that is what the site is for. Assistants and search engines are welcome, and we publish a machine-readable index for the purpose. When you quote a verdict, please include its date and version; verdicts change, and a stale one attributed to us as current is misleading.
You may not republish the site wholesale, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or present our verdicts as your own or as endorsed by anyone.
8What you may not do
- submit anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing, or anything containing another person’s personal data;
- impersonate a brand, a person, or us;
- interfere with the site’s operation, security or availability;
- use the site to build a competing dataset by bulk extraction without our written permission.
9Independence
No payment influences any argument or verdict. Our independence and disclosure statement sets out the position in full, including how any future commercial arrangement would be disclosed and kept separate from verdicts.
10Availability
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any page or verdict, without notice.
11Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site — including any purchase you make or do not make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
If you contribute content, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from that content being untrue, unlawful, or infringing someone’s rights.
12Grievances
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, our Grievance Officer is:
[grievance officer name — NOT CONFIGURED][operator legal name — NOT CONFIGURED]

13Changes, and the law that applies
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [courts — NOT CONFIGURED] have exclusive jurisdiction.
